4. BEFORE WE BEGIN CREATING, IT’S IMPORTANT TO WARM UP THE VOICE PROPERLY...THIS INVOLVES THE VOICE AND THE DIAPHRAGM.
5. TIME TO BUILD YOUR CHARACTER: HAND OUT PAPER AND HAVE THEM GO INTO SEPARATE ROOMS. LIST THE INFORMATION ON LIST ABOVE...NAME, AGE ETC.
6. COME TOGETHER AND DISCUSS THE CHARACTER THAT HAS BEEN CREATED. IF TIME, BREAK APART AND CREATE ANOTHER ONE, IF NOT TIME THAT IS WHAT THEY DO AT HOME.
7. ASSIGNMENT: GO HOME AND WORK ON YOUR 2 CHARACTERS. TELL US ALL OF THE INFO LISTED ABOVE IN THAT VOICE THE NEXT DAY.

- HAND OUT COMMERCIAL SCRIPTS: STUDENTS MUST PICK OUT TWO COMMERCIALS AND PRACTICE THEM AS THE CHARACTERS CREATED. SEPARATE AND GO INTO DIFFERENT ROOMS AND PRACTICE THE COMMERCIALS.
- COME BACK IN AND PRACTICE THEM IN FRONT OF ONE ANOTHER.
- ASSIGNMENT FOR EVENING: GO HOME AND PRACTICE THE COMMERCIALS FOR THE NEXT DAY.
