NEW TO FORTE?
Hello and welcome to Forte! We are sincerely happy that you have decided to be a part of our program. We are now entering our 17th season and are continuously trying to improve upon our system. One way is to better help our new families understand all of the specifics that take place throughout the year. This page will hopefully help with that.
To help keep things organized, pertinent information will be divided into quarters, which is where we should start.

Our entire season is 9 months in length and is divided into 4 quarters. Each quarter is 8 weeks in length. Most families stay with us for the entire season and for many years after that! Having said that, Forte families are only obligated (financially) for each quarter that they stay. In other words, if you are in a Boogie Babies Class (3-4 year olds) and you stay for 1 quarter, you are only obligated financially for that quarter.
Now we will divide information by quarter.
Now we will divide information by quarter.
QUARTER 1
1. Registration Forms: It is important that all families fill out the proper registration forms and return them prior to class. These forms are important as they supply important information such as phone numbers, emails, emergency contact info and any medical information we may need to be aware of. These forms also make sure that families understand how Forte operates as well as a few expectations that we have at certain points during the season. If you have not turned in registration papers, please make certain that you do so. Once you have registered with us and return the following season, it is not necessary to fill out paperwork again. We do ask that you stop in our office and sign the forms again to verify all information install accurate.
2. Registration Fee: Each new season we do charge an annual registration fee (currently that fee is $35 per student and $15 for each additional sibling). This fee will be charged along with quarter 1 tuition.

QUARTER 2
Costume Fees: If you are entering into quarter 2, it is important to note that families will need to decide if their child is planning on participating in our end of the year spring show at Mount Horeb High School. The show is a large event that takes place at the end of May (see important dates section for dates). If you are planning on being in the show, there will be a costume fee added to your 2nd quarter tuition. Generally, costume fees range from $50-$60 per costume. The costumes are yours to keep. Ordering costumes is a process and can take months to arrive, which is why we charge for costumes early in the season.
Forte Actors and Singers: Our voice and acting students perform their own show (other than the end of the year show). Our actors present a show in December-February (depending on the year) as well as a show in April/Mid May (again, depending on the year). Our Forte Singers usually perform their own show in January (occasionally a Christmas show). Both our Forte actors and singers begin preparing for their show(s) during this quarter.

QUARTER 3
Forte Dancers: At this point in the season, our dance students begin preparing for the end of the year spring show in May. Because of this, there are several classes that stop accepting students for the remainder of the season. This is true for our singers and actors as well.
FEES: There are no additional fees due during this quarter.
QUARTER 4
END OF THE YEAR SHOW: At this point, all of our students are preparing for spring performances. Our actors are preparing for their final spring show that takes place at Forte Studios while our singers and dancers are prepping for the end of year show.
